ROLL CALL Director Mouet took the roll call and confirmed a quorum Commissioners Benjamin Alan Goldberg, Margo Morales, Mariela Salgado, Ron Present: Sievers, Stella Ursua, David Zanatta and Julie Heggeness ELECTION OF OFFICERS - Gerardo Mouet 19-048PR Director Mouet stated the September 2019 organizational meeting included the election of Chair and Vice Chair. As such, he called for nominations for Chair of the Parks and Recreation Commission. A motion was made by Commissioner Goldberg to nominate Julie Heggeness for the position of Chair of the Parks & Recreation Commission, seconded by Commissioner Zanatta. There were no other nominations. Reviewed and discussed Ramona Park’s History & Overview, Updates on Maintenance Projects, Upcoming Grants, DeForest Park Vision Planning and the Status of the 2020 Strategic Plan.
