Commissioner Salgado, to approve the Athletic Field Permit
Concession Operation Terms and Conditions and authorize the
Director to include the Terms and Conditions in
Department-issued Athletic Field Permit to allow youth leagues
to operate concession stands in certain parks. . The motion
carried by the following vote:

4. 19-053PR Authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a
Right of Entry Permit, and any other necessary documents, with the

Council for Long Beach, a nonprofit organization, for the production
and maintenance of one mural on the exterior weight room wall at
Earnest McBride Park, from December 1, 2019 through November 30,
2020, with two, two-year options to renew through November 30, 2024,
for mural maintenance purposes, at the discretion of the Director.

Marine to execute a Right of Entry Permit, and any other
necessary documents, with the Public Corporation for the Arts
of the City of Long Beach, dba Arts Council for Long Beach, a
nonprofit organization, for the production and maintenance of
one mural on the exterior weight room wall at Earnest McBride
Park, from December 1, 2019 through November 30, 2020, with
two, two-year options to renew through November 30, 2024, for
mural maintenance purposes, at the discretion of the Director.

the operation of the 2nd Annual Long Beach Filipino Festival at
El Dorado Regional Park with parameters determined by the
Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine and the Office of
Special Events and Filming and paying all applicable fees. The
motion carried by the following vote:

6. 19-055PR Recommend to the City Manager the approval of a natural turf sports
field, pedestrian pathway and associated site improvements as an
