The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6 - Benjamin Alan Goldberg, Mariela Salgado, Ron Sievers, Stella Ursua, David Zanatta and Julie Heggeness 3. 19-059PR Authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute all documents necessary to issue a Use Permit to LARPBO: Los Angeles Responsible Pit Bull Owners, Inc., dba LARPBO Dog Training for the continued provision of on-leash dog training/handling classes (commercial recreation) at Heartwell Park for a term of two years and approximately seven months, from April 12, 2019 to November 30, 2021, with one, two-year renewal option through November 30, 2023, at the discretion of the Director or his designee. MARKETING & RECREATION COMMITTEE Vacant - Chair Committee did not meet. PARKS USAGE & REGULATIONS COMMITTEE Mariela Salgado - Chair Commissioner Salgado informed the Commission that the committee did not meet. PUBLIC COMMENT Opportunity is given to those members of the public who would like to address the Parks and Recreation Commission on non-agenda items.
