1. 20-031CA Recommendation to receive and file the minutes of the Joint Meeting of
the Environmental Committee and Sustainable City Commission
meeting of Thursday, July 23, 2020.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Wheeler, seconded by
Commissioner Skye, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7 - Donna Bergeron-Birge, Carla Dillon, Rey Gonzales, Jenny
Novak, Coby Skye, Morgan Wheeler and Sona Coffee
Absent: 3 - Hilda Gaytan, Eric Rock and Alan Tolkoff
2. 20-032CA Recommendation to receive a presentation from the Coalition for Clean
Air on their Recommended Priorities for Oil Tax Revenue Allocation and
forward these recommendations to City Council.

A motion was made by Commissioner Skye, seconded by
Commissioner Gaytan, to approve recommendation, as
amended, to [1] forward Sustainable City Commission
recommendations to City Council; and [2] request
Sustainability Staff to consider participation in the Clean Air
Day this year. The motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 9 - Donna Bergeron-Birge, Carla Dillon, Hilda Gaytan, Rey
Gonzales, Jenny Novak, Alan Tolkoff, Coby Skye, Morgan
Wheeler and Sona Coffee
Absent: 1 - Eric Rock
