OCEAN BOULEVARD COMMUNITY INVESTMENT 3RD FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, 4:00 PM COMPANY MINUTES President Bodek shared that Chair Thomas and Vice Chair McDaniel represented the LBCIC at the grand opening of the Ramona Park Senior Apartments on September 9, 2014. REGULAR AGENDA 1. 14-031CI Recommendation to: 1. Approve a Second Amendment to the Puerto Del Sol Apartments Affordable Housing Regulatory Agreement with Jamboree Housing Corporation; and, 2. Authorize the President to execute any and all documents necessary to implement the Second Amendment. (CD1) At the request of Chair Thomas, this item (originally #7 on the agenda) was taken out of order. Vice Chair McDaniel recused herself. Staff Sorensen presented the staff report. Staff Sorensen introduced Mario Alamilla of Jamboree Housing Corporation. Director Arnold spoke. Chair Thomas asked Mario Alamilla to speak on the projects Jamboree would like to do. Mr. Alamilla stated that if this item is approved, increased janitorial services at Puerto del Sol would start immediately, as well as the installation of security cameras. Pacific Coast Highway (CD6) Vice President Ure presented the staff report. A motion was made by Director Arnold, seconded by Vice Chair McDaniel, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5 - Diane L. Arnold, Jan Ward, Patrice Wong, John Thomas and Stacy McDaniel 5. 14-028CI Recommendation to Approve a Multi-Family Rehabilitation Loan in the amount of $542,100 to Ocean Structure for the partial rehabilitation of the property at 1228 Raymond Ave. (CD4) Vice President Ure presented the staff report.
