The meeting was held via teleconference pursuant to Executive Order N-25-20 issued by Governor Gavin Newsom. MINUTES 20-021CI Recommendation to approve and file the minutes of the Regular Board meeting held on Wednesday, May 20, 2020. A motion was made by Director Sanders and seconded by Director Delgado, to approve recommendation. Arnold REGULAR AGENDA 20-022CI Recommend that the City Council approve the Fiscal Year 2021 (FY 21) Action Plan and Substantial Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2020 Action Plan for the expenditure of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds.
