4. NOTICE OF AWARD OF ANRC PRINCIPAL FORGIVENESS LOAN – BRAD WINGFIELD, PE WITH PMI WILL
BE ON HAND TO EXPLAIN THE PROJECT AND HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS - (Action Needed: Motion to accept
award.)
5. BID TABULATION FOR ACEDP SEWER REHAB GRANT PROJECT – (Project came in way over bid. Original
Estimate was Action Needed: Motion to reject and rebid project on smaller scale.)
6. REQUEST BY TCWORKS CONTRACTOR TO PLACE TEMPORARY FENCE & 20’ SHIPPING CONTAINER AT PET
QUARTERS LOT TO STAGE FIBER INSTALL – (DIAGRAM/EMAIL ATTACHED) – (Action Needed: Motion to
approve.)
7. RESOLUTION 1-1-2025 – “ADOPTION OF THE 2025 OPERATING BUDGET” - (Upcoming changes to Street
Department Budget are not reflected. The Street budget will be amended once a leaf & limb contract is agreed upon and
a starting date is determined. All other budget sheets are as originally presented in the Preliminary Budget, except for
updating to the January 1st bank balances. Action Needed: Motion to approve.)
8. ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Statements of Financial Interest are due no later than Friday, January 31st. These must be emailed to
the State Ethics Commission on Feb 3rd. If you need another copy, additional copies are available in the
Mayor’s office.
9. ADJOURNMENT – (Action Needed: Motion to Approve)
During public comment, issues NOT on the agenda may be addressed. Comments concerning items on the agenda may be allowed
when the Council discusses that item. Public comments regarding any personnel issues will not be allowed. Anyone wishing to make
a comment must fill out the appropriate form located in the Mayor’s office and return it no later than the Tuesday before council
meeting by noon. In the interest of time, comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. This privilege may be revoked by the
Mayor in the case of inappropriate language or comments. Any member of the public shall first state his or her name and
address, followed by a concise statement of the person’s position or concern. All remarks shall be addressed to the Mayor or
the Council as a whole, not to any particular member of the Council. No person other than the Council members and the
person having the floor shall be permitted to enter into any discussions without permission of the Mayor.
