Webb Street Reconstruction and Blue Anchor Park Seal Coat Projects The Public Works Department combined the Webb Street Reconstruction project and the Multi- Modal Parking Lot Seal Coat project into one project to save cost and ensure that the two projects can be delivered this construction season Recommended action: Adopt resolution increasing the budget for Webb Street Reconstruction from $220,000 to $370,000 and awarding construction contract to Western Engineering Contractors, Inc. for the 2016 Road Maintenance Project and authorizing the Town Manager to execute a contract acceptable to the Town for providing such construction services in an amount not to exceed $401,816.00.
