The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the Costco DEIR. Speakers are limited to three minutes each, and should direct their comments as to the adequacy of the Loomis Costco Draft Environmental Impact Report. THIS MEETING IS LIMITED TO ONLY RECEIVING PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE LOOMIS COSTCO DEIR.
