A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Loomis APPROVE RESOLUTION appropriating an additional $100,000 from fund 324-200 (Horseshoe Bar Interchange development impact fees) for the I-80 Horseshoe Bar Interchange Project (#22-09); and authorize the Town Manager to execute a project-specific professional services contract with Dokken engineering of Folsom, California, exclusively for the project study report-project development support (PSR-PDS) phase of the I-80 Horseshoe Bar Interchange Project (#22-09). 9. A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Loomis APPROVE RESOLUTION approving the plans and specifications for the Humphrey Road gap closure project #23-09, authorizing the expenditure of a construction budget in the amount of $210,000.00 and authorizing the Town Manager to execute a construction contract with PMB construction Inc. Of Rocklin, California 10.
