Applicant’s representative and seventeen other speakers testified for the project. A number of people were asked to stand to show support of the project. Representatives for both applicant and appellants rebutted. Council District representative testified for the project. However, made some recommendations on Conditions of Approval. Planning staff further discussed the parking issues. The President closed public hearing. The Commission deliberated.
