Pursuant to Section 21081.6 of the California Public Resources Code, adopt the Mitigation Monitoring Program for ENV-2015-2895-MND. 3. Pursuant to Sections 12.32. Pursuant to 11.5.7 G of the Municipal Code, a Specific Plan Amendment to the Vermont/Western Transit Oriented District Specific Plan / Station Neighborhood Area Plan (SNAP), Ordinance No. 184,414, to change the Subarea Designation of the subject property, from Subarea A – Neighborhood Conservation to Subarea E – Public Facilities. 2.
