Town resources may not be used to facilitate audio or visual presentations. Each speaker is limited to no more than three (3) minutes or such time as authorized by the Mayor.) OTHER BUSINESS 1. Interview Applicants for the Youth Commission and Make Recommendations for the Town Council Appointments. RECOMMENDATION: Recommend appointments to the Town Council as stated by the Town Clerk or designee and instruct the preparation of a report containing the recommendations for Town Council consideration at the June 2, 2026, meeting of the Town Council. Speaker’s cards should be return it to the Town Clerk before the meeting or when the Mayor opens public comment. NOTES: Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes or less at the Mayor’s discretion.
