BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Michael Salazar has applied for a Designated Use permit for the property located in Tract: 7A2A2 S: 33 T: 7N R: 2E 0.65 Acre Map 75 2002 Split, with a street address of 212 Lopez Rd SE and 220 Lopez Rd SE, for the purpose of allowing a primary structure with an accessory apartment. ERIN CALLAHAN 6. ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE FOR MAINTENANCE – PALMILLA RD. WEST OF LOS MORROS RD. TAB 6. ACTION REQUESTED OF COUNCIL: Approve or disapprove. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Maverick has requested that the portion of Palmilla Rd. extended west of Los Morros Rd. and adjacent to their gas station be accepted by the Village for maintenance. This portion of the road includes 2 tracts: Subd: LOS MORROS BUSINESS PARK Tract: J1B S: 19 T:7N R:2E 0.25 ACRES PLAT M-484, and Subd: LOS MORROS BUSINESS PARK Tract: J2A1B S:19 T:7N R:2E 0.45 ACRES PLAT M-484. ERIN CALLAHAN 7. RESOLUTION 22-02 – PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING AUDIO RECORDINGS. TAB 7. ACTION REQUESTED OF COUNCIL: Approve or disapprove. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: A Resolution Relating to Audio Recordings Made by the Planning and Zoning Commission Recording Secretary for Public Meetings of the Planning and Zoning Commission; Providing for the Disposal of Such Recordings after Adoption of the Meeting Minutes. ERIN CALLAHAN 8. DEMONSTRATION OF TEXTMYGOV SERVICE. TAB 8. ACTION REQUESTED OF COUNCIL: Informational. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: The Village has recently worked with the TextMyGov company to establish a new service that allows Village residents to get general information, ask questions about events and report issues in their neighborhood easily via text message to 505-388-0798. We will provide a brief demonstration for Council as well as all participants in the meeting of how this service works. 9. EXECUTIVE SESSION – pursuant to NMSA 1978 Section 10-15-1(H), the following matters may be iscussed in closed session: TAB 9. a) Hire FT Residential Driver – Solid Waste Division / Public Works Department. b) Hire FT Streets Laborer – Streets Division / Public Works Department. c) Hire FT Streets Supervisor – Streets Division / Public Works Department. d) Hire FT Park Ranger – Open Space Division / Parks and Recreation Department. 10.
