BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: The Village of Los Lunas is seeking to pass Ordinance #407, amending Ordinance #360, in order to revise section 17.12.020, Term of Office, in order to modify the terms of office for members of the municipal planning commission. 3. ORDINANCE 408 – BUILDING HEIGHT LIMITATIONS Village of Los Lunas  ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To recommend approval or disapproval of an ordinance revision. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: The Village of Los Lunas is seeking to pass Ordinance #408, amending Ordinance #356, in order to revise Section 17.48.040, building height limitations, in order to modify the building height limitations in certain districts. 4.
