BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Steven and Christina Cordova have applied for a zone change from R-1 to TOD-MU for the property located in: Land of Martin Tafoya, Tract: B1 1990 REV. 0.48 AC, with a street address of 142 Courthouse Rd. SE, for the purpose of allowing office commercial uses. 2. ZONE CHANGE: J-Light, LLC/Andrew Barreras ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To have a public hearing to recommend approval or disapproval of a request for a zone change. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Andrew J. Barreras, acting as agent for J-Light LLC, has applied for a zone change from split C- 1/R-1 zoning to C-1 for the property located in Subd: Land of J Light LLC, Tract B, 1.26 AC, Map 73, with a street address of 133 Vallejos Rd. NE; and Subd: Land of J Light LLC, Tract D, 0.99 AC, Map 73, for the purpose of allowing commercial development. 3. DESIGNATED USE: TM Storage ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION:  To have a public hearing to recommend approval or disapproval of a request for a designated use permit. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: TM Storage, LLC has applied for an amendment to an existing designated use permit for the property located in: Subd: Land of Johnny Apodaca, Tract: 93A 1.30 AC, Map 70 2001 REV B-5-23 326/1071, with a street address of 3509 Main St. NE, for the purpose of allowing U-Haul rentals in addition to the approved storage facility. 4. ORDINANCE 408 – BUILDING HEIGHT LIMITATIONS: REMANDED FROM VILLAGE COUNCIL Village of Los Lunas ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To recommend approval or disapproval of an ordinance revision BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: The Village of Los Lunas is seeking to pass Ordinance #408, amending Ordinance #356, in order to revise Section 17.48.040, building height limitations, in order to modify the building height limitations in certain districts. 5.
