AREA PLAN: Nancy Schmierbach, acting agent for Huning Limited Liability Limited Partnership ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To have a public hearing to recommend approval or disapproval of a request for an area plan. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Nancy Schmierbach, acting as agent for Huning Limited Liability Limited Partnership, has submitted an area plan for the Huning Ranch Business & Technology Park. 2. SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE REVISION: Proposed Revisions to the Improvements, Public Parks, And Water Rights Chapters Community Development Department, Village of Los Lunas ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To have a public hearing to facilitate discussion of proposed updates to the Los Lunas Subdivision Ordinance. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: The Village of Los Lunas is revising its subdivision ordinance, and is presenting each chapter before the Planning and Zoning Commission for discussion through October of 2017. The eight item of discussion will be the proposed revisions to the Improvements, Public parks, and Water Rights chapters. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Minutes of 9/6/2017 4. DISCUSSION a.
