FENCING ORDINANCE REVISION: Proposed Revisions to the Fencing Chapter of the Zoning Ordinance Community Development Department, Village of Los Lunas ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To have a public hearing to recommend approval or disapproval of proposed updates to the Village of Los Lunas Zoning Ordinance. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 276, the comprehensive zoning regulations and zone map atlas, in order to revise 17.44.070 – fencing 2. WATER RIGHTS ORDINANCE REVISION: Proposed Repeal of Ordinance 263 and Establishment of Chapter 13.24 Community Development Department, Village of Los Lunas ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To have a public hearing to recommend approval or disapproval of proposed updates to the Village of Los Lunas Water Rights Ordinance. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: An ordinance repealing Ordinance 263, which established the water rights ordinance, replacing chapters 16.40 (Water Rights Required) in order to modify the Village of Los Lunas requirements for the provision of water rights for new and existing development. 3. SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE REVISION: Proposed Final Draft of the Subdivision Ordinance Community Development Department, Village of Los Lunas  ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To have a public hearing to recommend approval or disapproval of revisions to the Village of Los Lunas Subdivision Ordinance. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: The Village of Los Lunas is revising its subdivision ordinance, and is presenting the final draft of the revised ordinance before the Planning and Zoning Commission for recommendation to Council. 4.
