BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Donald Marquez, acting on behalf of Richard Luna, Sr. has applied for a conditional use permit for the property located in Subd. Carson Park B-5-27 & 33, Lot 20, Block A, Unit 2, with a street address of 1017 Cortez St. Se, as a requirement of a Home Occupation Permit. 2. WATER RIGHTS ORDINANCE REVISION: Proposed Repeal of Ordinance 263 and Establishment of Chapter 13.24 Community Development Department, Village of Los Lunas ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To remove from table and have a public hearing to recommend approval or disapproval of proposed updates to the Village of Los Lunas Water Rights Ordinance BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: An ordinance repealing Ordinance 263, which established the water rights ordinance, replacing chapter 16.40 (Water Rights Required) in order to modify the Village of Los Lunas requirements for the provision of water rights for new and existing development. 3.
