Brideau, Assessor R. Rondeau, Assessor R. Flood 1) Minutes of March 23, 2023. Motion to approve Minutes by R. Flood, seconded by R. Rondeau – Approved, All in favor, no opposition, motion passes, so voted 2) Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements for March 20, 2023 – March 24, 2023. 117 abatements, in the amount of $ 13,084.87 – Approved by Signatures.  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements for March 27, 2023 – March 31, 2023. 120 abatements, in the amount of $ 12,313.30 – Approved by Signatures. 3) Statutory Exemptions:  4 – Clause 22  3 – Clause 41C  1 – Clause 17E All Applications met the qualifying criteria, Motion to Approve by R. Flood, second by R. Rondeau, All in favor, motion passed unanimous 4) FY24 3ABC Applications:  14 Applications – All Applications met the qualifying criteria, Motion to Approve by R. Rondeau, second by R. Flood, All in favor, motion passed unanimous. 5) FY23 Real Estate and Personal Property Abatements: None to Report 6) Old Business: None to report 7) New Business: None to report R.
