Recruitment of Cultural Council Members. a. We can reach out to our current mentees to see if they are interested b. We can ask them at the reception and have a sign-up list/guest book c. We can send out an email to past recipients and publicize it on social media as well d. We should come up with an elevator pitch 2. Mentorship of 2023 Grantees. e. Beth will get us a sample/template to send to our mentees. Beth; It is available on the grant tracker f. We should send it in the next couple of weeks and push it to invite people to the reception g. Reminder to Grantees to use the new Lowell Cultural Council logo for crediting the LCC. 3. General marketing and brand recognition of the LCC. h. Email from MCC tells them to specifically use the MCC logo i. We can reinforce it as mentors j. We can do tabling with the tent that will have our new logo on it k. Go to the events that got funding from us 4. Planning for the 2023 Grantee Reception on April 27. l. Joe is taking care of the food m. Timmy will check about the music performance, equipment n. Invitation: Email mentees 3 times, Introduction, Invitation, Reminder (RSVP by the 20th) 5. General grant discussion. o. DIY Lowell Chilli and Stew Competition on Thursday (March 30) p. CASE has a public art program that is open to individuals, along with 2 other grant offerings that came from Federal funding i. Applications open 3/29 The meeting adjourned at 7:40 PM. END
