Brideau, Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; R. Flood 1. Review of minutes from August 29, 2023, and September 05, 2023, meetings – R. Rondeau motion to accept the minutes, R. Flood 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of August 28 to September 01 – Approved by signatures. 3. Statutory Exemptions  Clause 17E: 7 applications, Clause 22E: 3 applications, Clause 41C: 14 applications – R. Rondeau motion to grant these applications, R. Flood 2nd - Unanimous.  Denial: 1 application due to the applicant didn’t provide supportive documents – R. Rondeau motion to approve, R. Flood 2nd – Unanimous. 4. Old Business – None 5.
