Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; R. Flood 1. Review of minutes from September 12, 2023, meetings – R. Flood motion to accept the minutes, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of September 04 to September 08 – Approved by signatures. 3. Statutory Exemptions - Clause 17E: 3 applications, Clause 22: 1 application, Clause 22E: 1 application, Clause 37A: 1 application, Clause 41C: 8 applications – R. Flood motion to approve these applications, R. Rondeau 2nd - Unanimous. 4. FY 24 Q2 – Real Estate and Personal Property warrants/commitments – Approved by signatures 5. Old Business – None 6. New Business - ATB case for 271 Humphrey St settlement for $109,800 – R. Rondeau motion to approve, R. Flood 2nd- Unanimous Motion to adjourn at 9:08 AM R. Flood, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous.
