Rondeau, Assessor; R. Flood 1. Review of minutes from September 19, 2023, meetings – R. Flood motion to accept the minutes, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of September 11 to September 15 – Approved by signatures. 3. Statutory Exemptions - Clause 17E: 4 applications, Clause 22E: 1 application, Clause 41C: 5 applications – R. Flood motion to approve these applications, R. Rondeau 2nd - Unanimous. 4.
