Rondeau, Assessor; R. Flood 1. Review of minutes from October 17, 2023 meeting – R. Flood motion to accept the minutes, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of October 09 to October 13 – Approved by signatures o Week of October 16 to October 20 - Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 17E: 6 applications, Clause 22: 1 application, Clause 22D: 1 application, Clause 22E: 2 applications, Clause 41C: 9 applications, Volunteer: 1 application. 4. 2023 MVE Commitment 05 and 2022 MVE Commitment 09 – approved by signatures 5.
