Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau Absent: Assessor; R. Flood 1. Review of minutes from November 1, 2023 meeting – R. Rondeau motion to accept the minutes, E. Brideau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of October 23 to October 27 – Approved by signatures o Week of October 30 to October 03 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – 1 clause 22 application and 7 clause 41C applications were approved 4. Old Business – None 5. New Business – MRF hearing with the City council is scheduled for December 05, 2023. Motion to adjourn at 9:08 AM E. Brideau, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous.
