Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; R. Flood 1. Review of minutes from December 05, 2023 meeting – R. Flood motion to accept the minutes, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of November 29 to December 01 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 22: 1 application, Clause 41C: 1 application, Senior Volunteer: 3 applications, Veteran Volunteer: 1 application – R. Flood motion to approve these applications, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous 4. Old Business – waiting for tax rate to be approved by the Department of Revenue 5. New Business  1 new hire for the Head Clerk position, start date is January 02nd, 2023  1 new hire for the Principal Clerk position, start date is pending Motion to adjourn at 6:15 PM R.
