The meeting was called to order at 6:41 PM.
1. Going through the master score sheet today
a. 100%
b. 75%
c. 50%
2. Council documentation and rules (Operating procedures for funding), we will add to this
3. Personal denial letter:
a. Denial letter would go out before Dec 31
b. Grants ranked 32 and below would get a denial letter
4. Signing outstanding reimbursements
5. We do not need to meet with the auditor this round
6. Next meeting might be canceled if the weather is bad
The meeting adjourned at 7:00 PM.
