Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; R. Flood E. Brideau called to order the meeting at 9:10 AM 1. Review of minutes from January 02, 2024 meeting – R. Flood motion to accept the minutes, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of December 25 to December 29 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 22: 1 application, Clause 22E: 1 application, Clause 41C: 2 applications – R. Rondeau motion to approve these applications, R. Flood 2nd – Unanimous.  5 applications were denied due to failure to meet all the criteria – Approved by signatures 4. Warrants/Commitments – Personal Property audits for FY22, FY23, and FY24 – Approved by signatures 5. Old Business – None 6. New Business – None Motion to adjourn at 9:19 AM R. Rondeau, R. Flood 2nd – Unanimous.
