Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Amy Lombardo; Assessor E. Brideau called to order the meeting at 9:30 AM 1. Review of minutes from September 11, 2024 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of September 02 to September 06 – Approved by signatures o Week of September 09 to September 13 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 17E: 2 applications, Clause 22: 1 application, Clause 22D: 1 application, Clause 22E: 1 application, Clause 37A: 1 application, and Clause 41C: 3 applications – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve these applications, A. Lombardo 2nd  1 Clause 17E application was denied by signatures 4. Old Business – FY25 Interim: LA3 is being submitted this week 5.
