Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, A. Lombardo; Assessor, C. Hughes; Assessor 1. Review of minutes from December 31, 2024 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of December 23 to December 27 – Approved by signatures o Week of December 30 to January 03 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions: Clause 22: 2 applications, Clause 22E: 1 application, and Clause 41C: 1 application – E. Brideau motion to approve these applications, A. Lombardo 2nd  The Board of Assessor is amending 1 Clause 22B application to Clause 22D – E. Brideau made a motion to approve this decision, A. Lombardo 2nd 4. FY25 Real Estate Abatements: 5 applications were granted – E. Brideau made a motion to approve, A. Lombardo 2nd 5. FY25 – None 6. Old Business – None 7.
