Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; A. Lombardo, C. Hughes; Assessor 1. Review of minutes from May 2, 2025 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, E. Brideau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of April 28 to May 2 – Approved by signatures o Week of May 5 to May 9 – Approved by signatures o 1 denied application – Denied by signatures 3. FY25 Real Estate Abatements – None 4. Overlay Surplus Release – no release at this time 5. Old Business – None 6. New Business –  The BOA is sending out a notice of late application to 1 application that was received after the due date  4 ATB cases that the BOA is still working on; we have attempted multiple outreaches and still haven’t heard a response  FY26 assessment for Real Estate has been reviewed Motion to adjourn at 9:10 AM E.
