Needs Credit. Saturday August 31, 2019 – Cancelled and moved to June 22. Needs Credit. c.) Stoklosa School Park – Multipurpose Field Thursday August 8, 2019 6pm-10pm. Lights never came on. Still being invoiced MOTION: Peter Finnegan, Remove the fee for the August 8 date. Give Credits for the August 8th date and August 31st date. SECOND: Tom Caunter VOTE: 3-0 Item 16 Jeffrey Shanahan – College Charter School of Lowell Wants to discuss possible use of Edwards St. Soccer Complex. Space is booked by LYSA and EAA. NOTES: John Linnehan indicated Jeffrey Shanahan should meet with Cheryl Saba about the time he wants and submit a list of times that they agree upon to the Recreation Office. The Recreation Office will review and send to the Board. Cheryl will be told she will not necessarily lose that space going forward. John even will allow the two leagues to share the space if it is agreeable to Cheryl as well. Item 17 Ricky Larochelle – Lowell Parks Division Lighting issues with Cawley Stadium and Pop Warner Permit. Lights will be fixed in about 2 weeks. John Linnehan and the Board want the permits at those fields to end at 7pm due to safety concerns until the lights are fixed. This will affect Pop Warner and Jr. High Football. Item 17 Board discusses continued use of Lucy Larcom for parking by the CTI Farmers Market. John will go to the Market on Friday August 30 to assess the situation and discuss it with CTI. Permit and contact info will be sent to John by Peter Faticanti.
