Item 2- Board of Park Meeting dates -Motion to have January – October 2021 meetings -Motion to cancel these meeting dates November 24 2021 & December 29 2021 The board of parks will be meeting every last Wednesday of every month in 2021 except November 24 & December 29 2021. Approved: motion to approved the request as stated by Tom seconded by Ryan; all approved Item 3- Gil Vigeant Credit for weekends of 8/22 and 8/29 cancelation due to Covid 19 -2400.00 Motion to have a vote documented per discussion with board members Approved to have credit applied to his account to be used for future events. Will need electrical and will be bringing their own food. Violette asked for October and November dates to be billed separately. Will only needs light for cleanup. To be charged Lowell Adult Resident Fee. Previous balance to be waived. The parks department will clean the park Friday, October 9 2020.
