Declined: X Item 3 Stephen Stowell - Lowell Historic Board Dedication Memorial Bench for McInerney Park Approve of the bench placement Stephen Stowell from the Lowell Historic Board and Sam Lun (representing family bench for his brother) was present for the meeting. Bench to be place in McInerney Park, Shannon from the parks department assured the board the placement of the bench is fine with the Lowell Parks Department. Bench to be place in about 3 months. Sam Lun family is paying for the bench.
