This would take three nights a week away from Over 30 baseball. There is no additional space for Over 30 baseball to move into. See attached email from Matt LeLacheur. Matthew Amended his requirement to only 6-8 dates in May and June. He will have the schedule in 7-10 days and has an April 23rd start date. Shannon Cohan will get the lights set to go off at 11pm to help the adult groups have more space. Once he has the dates they will be forward to the Board prior to amending permits. First as a charity to raise money for the House of hope, second to support local business and their advertising, and thirds for civic engagement of the college students. He has no idea of the size of the event. He did request October 1 as a rai date.
