Shannon Cohan and the Board gave tentative approval for LHS to start March 20, only if Shannon deems the field locations are safe and playable at that time. Dave asked the Board to extend the permit requests until 6:15pm on the nights they have games at Shedd Park. The Board gave tentative approval, pending the game day schedule, and working those dates out with the Board Secretary and other groups who use that park. Motion was made by Ryan Rourke to approve the requests, with tentative extension until 6:15pm. Motion was seconded by Tom Caunter. Approved Unanimously. Item 4 – Catherine Apollo Church Event account credit. The Board and Shannon Cohan discussed issuing account credit for Catherine Apollo’s church event if future requests are submitted. Motion was made by Tom Caunter to approve issuing account credit. Motion was seconded by Ryan Rourke. Approved Unanimously. Item 5 – Board of Park meeting dates FY 2023. • Motion to have January – October 2023 meetings. • Motion to cancel November 29, 2023 and December 27, 2023 meetings. Motions were made by Ryan Rourke. Motions were seconded by Tom Caunter. Approved Unanimously. Item 6 – Shannon Cohan – Refund for Natasha Tobon. Shannon informed the Board about the Parks Dept. needing to issue Natasha Tobon a refund due to a custodian not being present at Fort Hill Park to unlock the gate for her on Saturday, October 8, 2022.
