Ryan Rourke said LYBSL has field permits to play games on these fields the tournament was through them for Boomer Baseball in the Select League. Boomer Baseball is a division of LYBSL. Board discussed the differences in the various tournaments in the city and if fees for some should be waived. 20.) Discussion on craft fair fees The board is aware of vendors being charged to come to event but not aware that the public was being charged to enter. Ryan Rourke said it’s no different than a carnival charging entry fee as long as the permit fee is adjusted accordingly. John Linehan asked if they have a right to dictate who charges fees. Ryan Rourke felt that was a decision for the Law Department and ask clarification on what they can and can not do. Tom Caunter mentioned having her go to Fort Hill Park because of the size of the event. Keith Rudy mentioned she has used both Shedd and Fort Hill in the past. The board felt that craft fairs are charged in accordance with the current fee structure. 23.)
