This organization requested permits from this board 2 years ago and did not follow the rules and regulations set by the city. Chairman Linnehan announced that subleasing permits is not allowed, and New England Prime should no longer receive permits from the City of Lowell. The requester of this permit was not present at this meeting to comment. The board would like to bring this back at the October 30 Board of Parks meeting. No motion was made at this time 7.) The Board of Parks is looking to add better language for subleasing permits, MIAA fees, stadium fees and tournament fees.
