A portion of the project is within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetlands associated with Meadow Brook. Request for Determination of Applicability University of Massachusetts Lowell 220 Pawtucket Street Lowell, MA 01854 Project Location: 50 Warren Street The applicant proposes to install an emergency electrical generator and generator pad in the yard directly adjacent to the Pawtucket Canal. The proposed location is twenty five (25) south of the Pawtucket Canal and four hundred (400) feet west of the Concord River. Request for Certificate of Compliance Colonial Gas Company d/b/a National Grid 40 Sylvan Road Waltham, MA 02451 DEP #206-0711 Project Location: Easement between 32 Reiss Avenue and Lowell Connector The Project involved a proposed natural gas pipeline replacement in Lowell, Massachusetts. Colonial proposed to replace a section of an existing 6-inch natural gas pipeline with approximately 1,650 linear feet (0.3 miles) of new 12-inch pipeline located in the vicinity of the Lowell Connector and Route 495 in Lowell and Chelmsford. The new 12-inch line was to be installed using horizontal directional drilling (HDD) techniques. At this time, no work has been completed and the Order of Conditions has lapsed.
