In accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, and the City of Lowell
Wetland Ordinance Section 280.1-13, the Lowell Conservation Commission will hold a meeting on

A Notice of Intent has been filed by Gervais Volkswagen for the construction of two building additions
and a new parking area for vehicle inventory at 110 Industrial Avenue. A portion of the project is within
the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetlands associated with Meadow Brook.

Project Location: Easement between 32 Reiss Avenue and Lowell Connector
The Project involved a proposed natural gas pipeline replacement in Lowell, Massachusetts. Colonial
proposed to replace a section of an existing 6-inch natural gas pipeline with approximately 1,650 linear
feet (0.3 miles) of new 12-inch pipeline located in the vicinity of the Lowell Connector and Route 495 in
Lowell and Chelmsford. The new 12-inch line was to be installed using horizontal directional drilling
(HDD) techniques. At this time, no work has been completed and the Order of Conditions has lapsed.
