This activity is in violation of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (310 CMR 10). The fill was reported and observed on a site visit on August 8, 2017. Enforcement Order (continued from August 9, 2017) Antonio Viola 80 Main Street Malden, MA 02158 Violation Location: 10 Toupi Lane 01854 Tree removal without a permit within 100’ buffer zone of vegetated wetlands Notice of Intent Antonio Viola 80 Main Street Malden, MA 02158 Project Location: 10 Toupi Lane 01854 A Notice of Intent has been filed by LEC Environmental Consultants, Inc. on behalf of Antonio Viola to construct a 26-foot by 34-foot single family dwelling and a pervious paver driveway at 10 Toupi Lane. The proposed structure is within the Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.
