ROLL CALL: On a roll call at 18:00, members present were, namely: Chairman Descoteaux, Commissioner Donahue, Commissioner Howe, Commissioner Krieger, and Commissioner Chhan. MINUTES: 0. Acceptance of meeting minutes for December 2, 2021. Commissioner Krieger made a motion to place on file the minutes from the Lowell License Commission Meeting of Thursday, December 2, 2021; seconded by Commissioner Howe. 5 yeas, APPROVED. 1. Application by Aramark, Ashley Roper Manager, for a “Special One Day License to sell/dispense Malt Beverages & Wines Only,” for the ‘Chancellor Holiday Celebration’ at University Crossing, 220 Pawtucket Street, on Friday, December 17th, 2021 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM. Application was withdrawn after the meeting was posted. 2. Petition to Amend Liquor License Operating Hours from a 2:00 AM closing time to 12:00 Midnight, by Coco Luna LLC [d/b/a] The Luna Theater, 250 Jackson Street, Jim Lichoulas, License manager. Move approval by Commissioner Donahue; seconded by Commissioner Krieger. 5 yeas, APPROVED. 3. Application by Evolution 4 Way Barber Shop, Angel Marin, Manager, for an annual "Public Amusement License for Billiards and Pool," one table, for premises at 358 Mammoth Road. After a brief introduction, the Commissioners unanimously approved Mr. Marin’s application. Move approval by Commissioner Chhan; seconded by Commissioner Donahue. 5 yeas, APPROVED. ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Krieger made a motion to adjourn at 18:03; seconded by Commissioner Howe. 5 yeas, APPROVED.
