Joti's joining us on Zoom. Prabhjot Kaur 16'.42 Hello, everybody. Commissioner Howe 16.45 Hi, please state your name. Prabhjot Kaur 16.47 My name is Prabhjot Kaur. Commissioner Howe 16.49 Excellent. Why don't you tell us about a little bit about the amendment. I did read the documents. lt's just a financialdisclosure amendment. Yes. Prabhjot Kaur 16:57 lnitially, we thought we were looking at bigger you know, project of construction inside and to like, you know, kegs and draught beer and stuff. But then we realized the space is an issue because we have no basement and no roof access. So we can't put walk in coolers for the kegs. So we dropped that idea. And then we didn't need that much funds. And we didn't get approved by the bank, either. We were looking at some equity. We didn't get it. Get that funds. So we decided to just do like, you know, bottles and rest of the alcohol beer for just bottles. So we you know, our funds, that requirements went a lot down. So that's why we amended the application and change the funding. And Commissioner Howe 17 43 it's my understanding the applicant owns four other restaurants. Prabhjot Kaur 17'.48 Yes, I do. Page - 12 - ol 14 Ju ne L3 , 2024, License Com m ission Meeting Draft Transcript Commissioner Howe 17:49 So there's familiarity with service of alcohol Prabhiot Kaur 17:52 Yes, yes. Commissioner Howe 17:54 Any questions or comments from the board? Commissioner Krieger? Commissioner Krieger 18 02 So, this is sort of off licence, but lndian piza is different from Neapolitan pizza, how? Prabhjot Kaur '18 13 So, we have our own different, like fusion sauces, for I don't know if we ever had lndian food like chicken tikka masala. This is like a tomato creamy sauce, which we in you know, incorporated into the pizzeria sauce. I really would like to invite you all to come. Prior pizas, it's very different. lt's fusion with lndian spices and sauces are not just tomato base, we have different kinds of sauces. And again, we have you know, added some different lndian spices in the sauces which gives it a different kick to it. And even like the chicken that goes on top has been marinated with the nene spices and stuff. So it's it's really different different than normal piza you would have. I '...'i Commissioner Howe 1B:57 That is the best question you've ever had. sounds really good. Thank you very much. Prabhjot Kaur 19.03 I encourage you guys to come and try our pizza, please.
