The applicant proposes to construct a five (5) story hotel with fifty-two (52) rooms. The applicant proposes to redevelop the existing restaurant located at 205 Market Street as part of the project. Special Permit Approval: 313 Nesmith St. The applicant is seeking Special Permit approval at 313 Nesmith Street. The proposal is to convert the existing residential dwelling from a two (2) unit structure to a three (3) unit structure.
