New Business Site Plan Review: 279 Dutton St. The applicant is requesting a Special Permit to renovate an existing structure into 4 residential units. The project is located in the Urban Mixed Use District and requires a Special Permits from the Planning Board under Section 12.1.d, Section 5.1.1.7 and Site Plan Review under Section 11.4 of the Lowell Zoning Ordinance and any other relief that is required. III. Other Business Design Review: 109 A Street The Planning Board granted a Special Permit to reduce the required frontage under Section 5.1.1 (7) of the Lowell Zoning Ordinance with the condition the applicant submit final elevations for review and approval by the Planning Board.
