The proponent wishes to redevelop the structure into an all residential building. Preliminary Discussion: 467 Gorham Street A proposal to construct a mixed use building with a drive-thru business on the first floor. The subject property is located in the UMU zoning district. Berry Road Subdivision The proponent is requesting a change to the approved site plan. 28 Walker Street The proponent has made a design/structural change to the approved units. IV.
