Continued Business Site Plan Review and Special Permit: 776 Lakeview Avenue 01850 An application was submitted by T-Mobile Northeast, LLC for Site Plan Review and Special Permit approval. Located at the above listed address in the Neighborhood Business (NB) zoning district, the applicant proposes to install twelve (12) panel antennas and supporting equipment on the rooftop of the existing building. The proposal is subject to the Special Permit Criteria under Section 11.3.2 pursuant to Section 7.6 - Telecommunications Facilities, Site Plan Review under Section 11.4 and any other relief required. III. New Business Site Plan Review: 42 Wellman Street 01851 An application was submitted by Connector Park Equity Partners, LLC to amend a previously approved site plan for a project located at the above listed address. The proposed amendment to the plan includes removing one level of the parking garage containing sixty-seven (67) spaces and replacing those spaces with (67) shared parking spaces on the lot adjacent to the project building. The applicant is not changing the approved number of total spaces provided for the development. The proposed project is located in the HRC (High Rise Commercial) zoning district and requires Site Plan Review under 11.4.2 and any other relief required of the Lowell Zoning Ordinance. Ordinance: Zoning Housekeeping Amendments In accordance with M.G.L.
