Continued Business Definitive Subdivision: 78 Westview Road 01852 The applicant proposes to subdivide an existing 22,270 square foot lot and build out Clarendon Street to the extent necessary to access the second lot. The two lots will be in excess of 10,000 square feet apiece and the new lot will have a single family home of approximately 3,400 square feet. The applicant is seeking waivers from required granite curb, street width, and sidewalk construction standards. The parcel is in the Suburban Single Family (SSF) district. III. New Business Site Plan Review and Special Permit: 39 Myrtle Street 01850 An application was submitted by Reno Properties, LLC seeking to amend existing Special Permit and Site Plan Review approval from the Planning Board to add nine more residential dwelling units into the building at 39 Myrtle Street. The existing parcel is 47,600 square feet and has a three-story building of approximately 32,000 square feet. The parcel is located in the Traditional Two Family (TTF) zoning district and requires Special Permit approval and Site Plan Review from the Planning Board under Sections 8.1 and 11.4 as well as approval for any other relief as required under the Lowell Zoning Ordinance. IV. Other Business Preliminary Site Plan Application: 850 Lawrence Street 01852 The applicant is proposing to redevelop an existing building and the adjacent parcel into a residential development consisting of seventy-one (71) dwelling units.
