New Business ZB-2017-44 Petition Type: Variance(s) Applicant: Venessa Masterson Re Property Located at: 1180 Middlesex Street 01851 Applicable Zoning Bylaws: Petition: The applicant is proposing to subdivide a 22,433 sq. ft. lot and requires variances for Minimum Lot Area per Dwelling Unit under Section 5.1 and Off-Street setback relief under Section 6.1.10 and any other relief required of the Lowell Zoning Ordinance. The subject property is in the Traditional Two Family (TTF) zoning district. ZB-2017-45 Petition Type: Special Permit and Variance Applicant: The Daly Group, LLC Re Property Located at: 205 Billerica Street 01852 Applicable Zoning Bylaws: Petition: The applicant is seeking Special Permit and Variance approval for the construction of three single family dwelling structures at 205 Billerica Street. The subject property is located in the Suburban Multi Family (SMF) zoning district and requires Special Permit approval under Section 12.1 (c) and Variance approval under Section 5.1 for front yard setbacks and any other relief required of the Lowell Zoning Ordinance.
