New Business ZB-2017-47 Petition Type: Variances Applicant: Attorney Stephen Geary on behalf of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Re Property Located at: 1488 Middlesex Street 01851 Applicable Zoning Bylaws: Petition: The applicant is proposing to construct a 7,000 sq. ft. retail building and requires a variance for side yard setback to a residentially zoned lot under Section 5.1 and a variance relative to off-street loading facilities under Section 6.2 of the Lowell Zoning Ordinance and any other relief required. The subject property is located in the Regional Retail (RR) zoning district. ZB-2017-48 Petition Type: Special Permit Applicant: Connector Park Equity Partners, LLC Re Property Located at: 42 Wellman Street 01851 Applicable Zoning Bylaws: Petition: The applicant is proposing to amend the previously approved special permit to include removing one level of the parking garage containing sixty-seven (67) spaces and replacing those spaces with (67) shared parking spaces on the lot adjacent to the project building. The proposed project is located in the HRC (High Rise Commercial) zoning district and requires a Special Permit under Section 8.3 and any other relief required of the Lowell Zoning Ordinance. II.
